The NLC is comprised of Crandon, Elcho, Florence, Goodman, Laona, Pembine,
Phelps, Three Lakes, and Wabeno School Districts. Many of our schools have co-op athletic teams as you will notice in the schedules below. The purpose of the NLC is to promote
co-curricular activities, to foster sportsmanship, and to promote interscholastic competition amongst the schools associated in the conference. All of the NLC schools are part of the Northeast 8 player football conference with the exception of Crandon. Crandon is part of the Northwoods 11 player football conference.
On our website you will find Middle School, JV and Varsity schedules for all sports as well as team champions and all-conference honors. We hope this information is helpful to the school communities, the media and the general public. The site also has information specifically for Coaches, Athletic Directors and School Administrators.
